With SuperPixGain HDR™ + VS mode (4-frame HDR) enabled, SC360AT can achieve a high dynamic range of up to 140dB, which can effectively resolve the loss of image details under challenging lighting conditions such as backlight (tunnel exit) and strong light (high beams of oncoming vehicles at night), and thereby improve the accuracy and efficiency of automotive camera detection and recognition. Compared with similar products in the industry, the Read Noise (RN), Fixed Pattern Noise (FPN), and PRNU are reduced by about 11%, 21%, and 49%, respectively, enabling the sensor’s clear and low-noise image output for automotive cameras even in low-light scenes, which helps increase the accuracy of image recognition and detection of intelligent automobile vision systems. <div class="media-wrap image-wrap"><img id="" title="" alt="" loop="" autoplay="" controls="" src="https://smartsens.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/web/img/1752740657514168629.png"/></div>Utilizing SmartSens’ CarSens®-XR Gen 2 technology, the stacked BSI SC360AT achieves ultra-low power consumption. SmartSens Announces New 3MP CMOS Image Sensor SC360AT for ADAS Cameras

SmartSens today released its first CMOS image sensor integration product with built-in Image Signal Processor (ISP). The SC120AT is designed to provide smart solutions for a broad range of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), including autonomous driving, 360-degree surround view and driver monitoring. <div class="media-wrap image-wrap"><img class="media-wrap image-wrap" src="https://smartsens.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/web/img/1621235326109796844.jpg"/></div>The integrated ISP converts RAW data into YUV422 imaging output format.
